Are the items sent first class or second class?

You can choose if you want the item send first or second class. Items over 250g will be sent by royal mail signed for.

I need my rosettes posting now as my dog show is in 2 days?

Please email me first. I will try my best to get your item out immediately, however if you item is not in stock and is a large order, this may not be possible. So please check first. If you want an order posted special delivery next day before 1pm please add the "special delivery item" to your basket. PLEASE BEFORE ORDERING WITH A SHORT DEADLINE email me first to make sure it can be done to your timescale. nbdtclub@gmail.com

My show has been cancelled, can I return the rosettes?"

No, items can not be returned.

I need 30 rosettes but I want different ones that are advertised?

That's fine. please let me know when ordering what you want. ie 10x 1st 5x 2nd 5x 3rd 5x 4th 5x 5th example.

I want to order the judge and steward rosettes but I want 2 judges?

Yes thats fine. when ordering please leave a message stating what you want at the checkout page. Please don't email separately or I might not match your email with your order. There is a message box for you to fill in when you pay.

Will the items be posted together or separately?

Mostly together. There maybe a few times they will be sent separately but each item will have 1 of ... written on them.
